Case Duration:
August 2018 - Present (5+ Years)
Client Background:
The enterprise is one of the largest modernized petrochemical enterprises in South China, and in recent years, it is accelerating the pace of development and striving to become a “domestic leader and world-class” petrochemical production base.
Client Requirements & Solutions
Enhancing efficiency and reducing burden, improving management, deploying platforms, and providing remote expert services
Build the enterprise's own platform:
Deploying Ronds SuperCare Equipment Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Platform for the key pumps of nine operation departments, the company obtains real-time data on the status of the equipment, discovers abnormalities of the equipment in advance, and accurately locates the parts of the faults and the degree of deterioration.
Improve efficiency and reduce load, accurately monitor the state of equipment:
Through the deployment of the platform, it solves the problem of the large number of key pumps and the heavy workload of daily inspections, and is able to accurately locate the faulty parts, carry out accurate maintenance, reduce the difficulty of maintenance, comprehensively control the state of the equipment, predict the failure of the equipment in advance, and reduce the unplanned shutdowns.
Remote service, two-way linkage:
The on-site maintenance department and Ronds form a linkage to provide technical support for on-site monitoring and platform service with the ability of Ronds professional service team.
Application Value
Application Value:
Online real-time monitoring and remote monitoring of more than 2,650+ pieces of equipment in 145 installations of 9 operation departments have been realized, covering various types of key equipment such as mainstream process pumps, high-risk pumps (high-temperature oil pumps, liquid hydrocarbon pumps, pumps for toxic and hazardous media) of each installation.
Guaranteeing long-cycle safe production at the site:
As of the end of 2023, there have been over 2600 on-site critical pump failure warnings and 900 on-site inspections, with predictive maintenance accounting for 65%. This has avoided unplanned shutdowns caused by equipment failures, significantly reduced the maintenance rate of dynamic equipment, and achieved disease-free operation of critical pumps, ensuring long-term safety production.
